mean bean weather machine

It's me, Prof. Item. I'm just trying to run my little greenhouse, and people are calling it a weather machine?? What the heck! I just want to grow my sprouts....

CONTROLS:
Left/right/down : move the piece in that direction
A/D: Rotate Piece
W: Deploy Dingle block
Space: Hard Drop
Shift: Change weather modes 

It's like tetris, except you have sprouts at the bottom of the screen.
Your sprouts will die if they get too much sun or rain exposure.
Press shift to switch between rain or sun mode, but be warned, you'll be stuck in that mode for 5 turns! Switching will also clear your up next.
Do not put 3 or more (or less, sometimes) consecutive blocks on top of your sprouts!
Except for dinkle and dingle blocks (plants like those)
Clear a row touching your sprouts to grow them!
Clear a row with a dinkle in it to gain a dingle piece! Deploy it with W! Can't hold more than one...
